tips on passing the PMP exam on your first try.
1) read this book from front to back, don't even bother with the PMBOK book from PMI
2) do all the practice problems and most of the excercises
3) once done, do a review of all the chapters again and put everything together
4) download a set of practice problems from the internet
the only minor improvement that I would like to see on the next edition is for the inclusion of a table or chart of the inputs/outputs. You will see why when you do the last excercise in the book.
